The cover - Plain or image included?

                   Colour?

                   Textured?

                   Hardback Paperback?

                   Title?

                   Embossed or printed?

                   Binding type?

And all that before you start thinking about the first page, then the next, how many before Is there any sort of content sheet, preface, glossary..................
